Hello, I'm Berwin Singh

I build between the whiteboard and the terminal.

I'm a Product Solution Lead focused on AI, an aspiring investor, and a builder who is happiest turning a frustrating workflow into a product people can understand.

Why this site exists

I think better when I have to make the thinking useful to someone else.

My days move between client problems, product ideas, AI tooling, delivery questions, and the urge to build far more than time allows. Writing is how I keep those threads from disappearing into scattered notes and old conversations.

This is not a polished archive of conclusions. It is a working record of how my views change while I focus on Ciqora, maintain OldHand, explore Vaqelio, and run smaller experiments around them. When I compare tools, I care about the real workflow. When I write about a business, I care about the painful assumption that has to be true.

Clarity is more interesting than certainty. Especially while the technology is moving this quickly.

How I approach the work

Three operating instincts.

Not a manifesto. Just the patterns I keep returning to when the problem is messy.

01

Start with the awkward truth.

The best product insight is often the step everyone works around but no one has named clearly.

02

Trace the whole loop.

A fast task inside a broken workflow still produces a broken workflow. Follow the handoffs.

03

Make success inspectable.

Whether it is an AI agent or a business thesis, define what evidence would change your mind.

Elsewhere

Follow the code, then come back for the context.

Stay in the loop

One useful idea when I have one.

No artificial cadence. Just the strongest note from whatever I am learning and building.
